About Green House

Structure for today. Capability for tomorrow.

Green House is led by Ben Green, a programme and portfolio leader with broad experience across scientific, regulated, operational and commercial environments.

Ben Green

A career built at the intersections.

Ben's career has progressed from scientific and pharmaceutical operations through quality, supply chain, SAP-enabled systems and process improvement into senior project, programme, commercial and international leadership.

This breadth creates an unusually practical perspective on delivery: understanding not only programme governance, but the operational, technical and commercial environments in which programmes succeed or fail.

Ben has led major regulated programme portfolios, developed PMO capability, managed international client relationships and built cross-functional delivery structures spanning technical, regulatory, commercial and operational teams. His work has also included representing organisations at international industry conferences.
